Volkswagen has teased its upcoming subcompact SUV, which will compete with Skoda's smallest SUV to date, the Kylaq. The company has named its SUV Tera, which will initially be sold in Brazil. The Volkswagen Tera is likely to use the MQB A0 IN platform, which underpins the Volkswagen Taigun and Virtus, as well as the Skoda Kushaq and Kylaq. Skoda is yet to launch the Kylaq in India on December 2, but we already know its starting price, Rs 7.89 lakh (ex-showroom).
