Even before a new car After the launch, the company behind it asked, "What's next?" It started thinking about the limitations of the upcoming model and how to overcome them in the next generation. Apparently, when Shelby American looked at the Ford F-150 Raptor and Raptor R and asked this question, the answer was "more." Shelby American President Gary Patterson explains what exactly that means by giving us a closer look at the 2024 Baja Raptor R, one of two models in the company's new Baja Raptor lineup. The $61,995 EcoBoost package for V6-powered Raptors and the $64,995 Raptor R package for supercharged V8 models both add a comprehensive list of cosmetic and mechanical upgrades. Exterior modifications include a flat black steel bumper, a 30-inch front LED light bar, a Shelby by BDS suspension lift, a unique vented hood, and a chase rack that serves as a base for a power-adjustable 50-inch LED light bar mounted under the truck.
