What lessons did you learn about time management early in your career? In the events industry, there is always more to do than ever to finish. Early in my career, I learned to continually prioritize from mentors. Almost every day, I go through my list and prioritize. That means some things will never go unnoticed—and that’s okay. If you have a good, trusting relationship with your manager, they'll be happy to see the right things done. Another lesson I learned early on is to view your priorities in a 2×2 matrix.
