BMW i7 launched in India, single-motor eDrive50 variant, pricing
BMW India has quietly revamped its i7 product lineup. Gone is the i7 Xdrive60 variant, replaced by the new i7 eDrive50 priced at Rs 20.30 lakh (ex-showroom). This makes the i7 all-electric luxury sedan priced around Rs 10 lakh more affordable. Previously, the BMW i7 Xdrive60, which was discontinued, was priced at Rs 21.3 crore (ex-showroom). Apart from the spare tire, the new i7 eDrive50 variant is almost identical to its predecessor. On the outside, it gets a large kidney grille, sharp crystal LED headlights, flush door handles, slim LED taillights and two-tone exterior paint. It is available in M Sport version, with M-specific elements such as side skirts, exterior mirrors and 21-inch M star-spoke wheels. Inside, the new BMW i7 eDrive50 also offers the same features, including a 3-spoke M Walknappa leather steering wheel, 14.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, 31.3-inch 8K touchscreen for rear-seat passengers, and Bowers and Wilkins audio system.
