TVS Motor Company has launched a new variant of its Raider 125cc commuter motorcycle in India. The new model is called TVS Raider iGO and is priced at Rs 98,389 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Raider model range currently comes in six variants - Drum, Single Seat, Split Seat, iGO, SSE and SX. The new Raider iGO is exclusively available in a new Nardo Gray color scheme, red alloy wheels and 'Boost mode'. Powering the new TVS Raider iGO is the same 124.8cc air- and oil-cooled engine mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The motor is claimed to deliver 11.38PS at 7,500rpm and 11.2Nm at 6,000rpm. The launch comes as the brand celebrates a major milestone - sales of one million Raider units since its launch. The new TVS Raider iGO is priced at Rs 98,389 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Performance and technical highlights The most notable feature of the newly launched TVS Raider iGO is the Boost mode powered by the advanced iGO Assist technology. The system delivers an additional 0.55 Nm of torque, making it the fastest 125cc motorcycle in its class, accelerating from 0 to 60 km/h in just 5.8 seconds.
