Royal Enfield has expanded its 650cc product line-up and launched new models. It's named the Bear 650 and features a scrambler-like design. While the Bear 650 shares the round LED headlights and taillights with the Interceptor 650, it features a scrambler-style seat, wider handlebars, neutrally positioned footpegs, and a revised rear end. Also different are its LED turn indicators and wheel size - 19/17 inches combined with MRF Nylorex off-road tires. Race number plates on the side panels give "the look of a traditional scrambler." Powering the Royal Enfield Bear 650 is the same 648cc parallel twin-cylinder engine as the Interceptor 650. That said, what differentiates the former from the latter is the two-into-one exhaust system, which features a black heat shield and delivers more torque. Royal Enfield has officially announced that its Scrambler-like bike will make its global debut next week (November 5, 2024). The upcoming bike, called Interceptor Bear 650, is Royal Enfield's fifth model and is powered by a 648cc parallel twin-cylinder, air/oil-cooled engine. It is expected to be positioned between the 650 twins and priced at around Rs 3.40 to Rs 3.50 lakh (ex-showroom) when launched.
