Lamborghini debuts Countach 50th Anniversary Edition
The Lamborghini Countach, introduced in March 1974, marked a major shift for the Sant'Agata Bolognese-based automaker. It was the first Lamborghini to feature an in-house body and interior, breaking away from the company's previous reliance on specialist coachbuilders. The change streamlined the production process and gave Lamborghini more creative control, fueling its growth and cementing its reputation as a cutting-edge super sports car maker. To celebrate its 50th anniversary, Lamborghini has brought back the original Countach LP 400 for a photo shoot alongside its modern successor, the Revuelto.
