Maruti Suzuki opens 500th NEXA service touch point in India
Maruti Suzuki India Limited has reached a major milestone with the opening of its 500th NEXA service touch point in Mapusa, Goa. This marks a significant achievement in the company’s commitment to enhancing customer service experience in India. Launched in 2017, the NEXA service program sets a new benchmark in after-sales service with a focus on luxury, technology and convenience. Mr. Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director and CEO, Maruti Suzuki, highlighted the company's commitment to customer-centric strategy during the event.
