Headquarters moved to 1101 K Street NW, early 2026 Submitted by Chris Vest, ASAE Center Washington—— ASAE is beginning an exciting new chapter, announcing today plans to move its headquarters from its longtime location at 1575 I Street NW, where it has proudly served members since 1980, to the vibrant and modern 1101 K Street NW. Early 2026, downtown Washington, DC. The move marks a key step in ASAE's development, following the start of a comprehensive property appraisal process with CBRE in 2022. The newly acquired space reflects ASAE’s vision to adapt to the changing needs of its members, staff, volunteer leaders, partners and stakeholders. Designed to inspire collaboration and innovation, the state-of-the-art workspace will feature state-of-the-art meeting and event facilities, furthering ASAE’s mission of empowering and connecting the global association community. The move marks Steelhead's third expansion since its founding in 1996, as it continues to expand its space in Las Vegas, driven by continued growth and the need to add operational capacity.
