Ellis is an AI chat platform created for MICE professionals that streamlines the meeting planning process in New York City. Expectations are high when travel industry veteran Julie Coker takes the helm New York City Tours + Meetings assumed the role of CEO and President in early December. Soon, she began flexing her leadership muscles, announcing the launch of a new AI-powered business event chatbot called Ellis to help meeting and event planners efficiently research the myriad of New York-only options available across the five boroughs. Designed in partnership with Matador Network's GuideGeek, Ellis (named after the famous New York landmark Ellis Island) provides guidance and resources in 45 languages.
