Wintrust Sports Center to host 2025 USA Judo Junior Olympics

Bedford Park, IL.— Yongxin Sports Center The 2025 USA Judo Junior Olympics National and International Championships will be held June 20-22, 2025 in Bedford Park, Illinois. The event will bring together America's top young judokas, ages 5 to 20, to compete in a series of intense competitions to compete for a national championship and showcase their skills in future Olympic competitions. Approximately 1,000 athletes will compete in multiple age groups, with an expected attendance of 2,500 spectators during the competition. Innovative catering to create a greener Paris Olympics
The Paris 2024 Olympic Village restaurant, open 24 hours a day and seating up to 3,500 people, is a central gathering place for Olympic athletes. Sodexo Live! will employ 6,000 people to provide catering services for the Olympic Village and the 14 Paris 2024 Olympic and 8 Paralympic venues, 15% of whom will come from disadvantaged communities. I spoke with Darlynne Menkin, owner of Out of the Ordinary Group & Team Adventures in San Diego, about team building and how to conduct activities that require communication and strategy in a fun way. She explains the benefits of competitive events, “It’s great that people can get outside. A lot of people sit in offices staring at their computers. Wearing shorts and sneakers really relaxes people and takes them out of the office vibe.
