U.S. Customs agents at the Port of Baltimore face ongoing challenges with vehicle export theft Authorities at the Port of Baltimore are seizing hundreds of stolen export vehicles. On average, agents find at least one stolen vehicle per day, with most heading to West Africa. Some thieves will rent a car for 30 days and then prepare it for immediate shipment overseas.
