The 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Sport has been officially launched in India with a starting price of Rs 145 crore (ex-showroom), bringing a blend of luxury, performance and advanced technology to the premium SUV segment. Renowned for its dynamic road presence and refined interior, the updated model offers notable features such as a head-up display (HUD), semi-aniline leather seats and a host of cutting-edge driver assistance technologies. Designed to deliver the perfect balance of comfort and agility, this SUV also comes with a powerful engine range and all-wheel drive (AWD) to deliver superior performance on diverse terrains. Deliveries of the locally assembled Range Rover Sport SUV have begun.
Jaguar Land Rover India has started deliveries of the locally assembled Range Rover Sport SUV. Earlier, the company announced that it would manufacture the Range Rover and Range Rover Sport SUVs in India, making India the first country outside the UK to launch the two SUVs. Jaguar Land Rover already assembles the Velar, Evoque, Jaguar F-Pace and Discovery Sport at its Pune plant, which has a production capacity of 10,000 units per year. Being locally assembled, the Range Rover Sport is priced at Rs 1.40 crore (ex-showroom). The prices of both the petrol and diesel versions are the same. Talking about the locally assembled Range Rover Sport, there are two engine options available - 3.0-litre petrol Dynamic SE that produces 394 hp and 550 Nm of power and 3.0-litre diesel Dynamic SE that produces 346 hp and 700 Nm of power.
