Record-breaking: Xiaomi SU7 Ultra prototype
Recently, Xiaomi founder Lei Jun surprised everyone by showing the all-carbon prototype of the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra during his 2024 annual speech last night. This is the performance version of the SU7, and the car is built to set lap times on the track, with the main target being the Nürburgring in Germany. China's newest car, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, is the first car equipped with HyperEngine V8s. The Mi SU7 Ultra prototype is powered by three Xiaomi-developed motors, two "V8" and one "V6." However, it's ironic to see the motors' names are V8 and V6. Together, they produce a maximum power of 1,548 horsepower.
