Land Rover knew the radiators, radiator hoses and related parts were defective, according to the owners who filed the class-action lawsuit. Land Rover's basic warranty is four years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first, the class action lawsuit says. But the lawsuit says problems often occur after the warranty expires.
