The new ranking system will provide a 150% bonus to the best employees. GM also wants to put pressure on poor performers to improve or leave. The auto company said it wants to create and foster an environment that rewards high-performing employees. We all probably know someone who doesn’t work hard, who just gets by, and who does the minimum to keep their job. Likewise, we also know someone who goes above and beyond and is a high performer.
