Mahindra issues statement following Indigo lawsuit

Mahindra is facing a trademark infringement suit from IndiGo in the Delhi High Court over the use of "6E" in its BE 6E electric car, which will be launched in February 2025. Indian aviation major IndiGo has taken legal action against Mahindra Electric Vehicles Ltd, alleging trademark infringement.
