One of these was a 427-equipped 1968 GT-E, a one-year-old performance car that was the only (and last) FoMoCo to receive a 427 that year. The other, a '69 car with a Cobra Jet, was a giveaway from Car Craft magazine and perfectly captured the culture of the time. The F-250 and F-350 have eliminated the Limited trim level, but now have a new Platinum Plus trim level and a host of other improvements. Ford has unveiled the 2025 F-Series Super Duty with changes to styling, equipment, and trim. The top-of-the-line Limited has apparently been phased out, replaced by the new Platinum Plus model.
