Maruti Suzuki e Vitara teased ahead of Bharat debut
Maruti Suzuki's first electric compact SUV e Vitara is gearing up to make its debut at the second edition of the Bharat Mobility Global Expo scheduled to be held from January 17 to 22, 2025. To keep us calm, Maruti Suzuki has shared a teaser image showing the front of the vehicle in question, according to which the Maruti Suzuki e Vitara (previously previewed by the eVX concept) looks almost identical as a concept. The vehicle in the image has a triple-slash LED daytime running lights on both ends with the 'Maruti Suzuki' logo in the middle. There's also a bulging hood and aggressive-looking bumpers. The news was announced during a global event in Milan and marks the company's official entry into the electric vehicle market. The e Vitara is based on Suzuki's new HEARTECT-e platform, which is specially developed for battery electric vehicles (BEV).
