The Tourbillon's 8.3-liter naturally aspirated V16 engine was developed by Cosworth. Three electric motors complement the V16 engine for a total of 1,775 horsepower. Bugatti says the new supercar will hit 248 mph (400 km/h) in less than 25 seconds. It’s been five months since Bugatti shook up the supercar world with its hybrid tourbillon.
