2025 Vespa GTS launched with larger 310cc liquid-cooled engine
The new Vespa GTS makes its global market debut with a larger 310cc liquid-cooled engine (a long-stroke derivative of the previous 278cc high-performance engine). The new power unit contains more than 70% new components and has higher performance. For example, the single-cylinder stroke is now 70 mm, up from 63 mm previously. This increases displacement from 278cc to 310cc and power output to 25bhp at 7,750rpm. The new Euro 5+ engine is more efficient, reducing fuel consumption and pollutants. Other powertrain modifications include fuel injectors, cylinder inclination, starting system and crankcase design. With all these enhancements, the GTS 310 becomes the most powerful Vespa ever.
