New Volkswagen Talon makes global debut, replacing Tiguan
Volkswagen has launched the three-row SUV Talon, which is a longer version of the new-generation Tiguan. The new Talon is the second-generation model, positioned between the Tiguan and the larger Touareg. In addition to the seven-seat layout, the new Tyrone is also available in a five-seat layout, providing more practicality with a larger 885-liter luggage compartment. As a seven-seater version of the Tiguan, the appearance of the new Tyrone is very similar to the latter. It features slim LED headlights at the front with an illuminated Volkswagen logo, while the rear fascia consists of a full-width LED light bar and 3D taillight clusters with a Volkswagen logo. The Tayron rides on a set of 17- to 19-inch alloy wheels that fill out the square wheel arches. The second-generation Tayron is 4,770mm long, which is 231mm longer than the Tiguan sold in Europe.
