Tata Motors has launched the upgraded version of Punch in the domestic market. The model is priced starting at Rs 6.12 lakh (ex-showroom) and is available in 10 trim levels. The micro SUV was the best-selling passenger car in India this fiscal and crossed the 4 lakh sales mark last month, becoming the fastest SUV to reach this milestone. After the revamp, the car now comes with more features like a first-in-class 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, USB Type-C fast charger, and wireless phone charger. It also gets a large console with armrests and rear AC vents. The homegrown carmaker is also offering additional benefits of up to Rs 18,000 on the SUV for a limited time.

2024 Tata Punch: What’s New?
The Tata Punch is now available in 10 variants: Pure, Pure (O), Adventure, Adventure Rhythm, Adventure S, Adventure+ S, Accomplished+, Accomplished+ S, Creative+ and Creative+ S. One major update is the inclusion of an LED readout-based instrument cluster, which is now standard across all variants.
Punch will no longer offer the Pure Rhythm, Accomplished, Accomplished SR and Creative Flagship trim levels. While the entry-level Pure, Adventure and Adventure Rhythm trims remain the same, the automaker has added new trims such as Pure (O), Adventure S and Adventure + S. Moreover, the Accomplished Dazzle and Creative variants have received minor revisions.
In terms of equipment, the new Pure (O) petrol variants come with amenities found on the base Pure trim like wheel arches, powered ORVMs, central locking and power windows. On the other hand, the Adventure S and Adventure + S enhance the features of the Adventure Rhythm trim, including a sunroof and rear AC vents. A larger 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen is available on the Punch Accomplished + and above variants; the Creative + and Creative + S trims also come with wireless charging.
