Tata Sierra SUV is coming soon

Tata Motors is preparing to launch the all-new SIERRA SUV in the second half of 2025, possibly Diwali season. The model is undergoing rigorous road testing and has been discovered several times. When launched, it will challenge Hyundai Creta’s dominance in the mid-size SUV space. Tata Sierra will also fight Maruti Grand Vitara, Kia Seltos, Honda Elevate, Skoda Kushaq and Volkswagen Tiagun.

While we’ve discussed its expected pricing and positioning, here are some new details about the upcoming new Tata SUV.

– The SIERRA SUV will be included Multiple powertrain optionsincluding gasoline, diesel and electrical. Official specifications have not been disclosed yet. However, reports suggest that the Tata may use 170bhp, 1.5-liter turbo petrol, 170bhp, 2.0L diesel engines. Electric iterations can obtain two different battery packs, with a maximum range of more than 500 km on one charge.

– Interestingly, it can be provided for the Tata Sierra Ice version supported by the Atlas platform 4×4 drive system. The automaker may make some mechanical changes to make it compatible with 4×4 technology. The SUV’s high ground clearance and large-sized tires will add to its off-road capabilities.

– Tata has not disclosed Sera’s interior. However, reports suggest that the SUV may have configuration options for 4 seats and 5 seats. Its 4-seat version will feature two rear seats with sliding features and nice legroom. Four-seater Sierra will provide “Lounge-like” experience.

– Further enhancement Comfortable cabinTata will equip the New Sierra with deep-profile seats with Ottoman functions. There may also be a foldable tray table, foldable rest, a rear seat entertainment screen, multiple connectivity options and a phone charger.
