- Tesla has removed the rear-wheel-drive Cybertruck from its website and increased prices on the remaining models.
- The model currently starts at $99,990, rising to $119,990 for the top-of-the-line Cyberbeast.
- Tesla also appears to have lowered its range expectations.
If you’ve been on the fence about buying a Tesla Cybertruck, you may regret it now, as pricing now starts at $99,990. That’s a huge jump, as the configurator no longer lists the entry-level rear-wheel drive model, which was originally scheduled to arrive in 2025 and cost $60,990.

On top of that, the price of the all-wheel-drive Cybertruck has also jumped from $79,990 to $99,990. That’s a pretty big jump, and the expected range has dropped from 340 miles (547 km) to 318 miles (512 km). Tesla says other specs remain the same, and the 600 hp (447 kW / 608 hp) pickup will accelerate from 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in 4.1 seconds and has a top speed of 112 mph (180 km/h).

Pricing for the top-of-the-line Cyberbeast has also increased, now starting at $119,990. This increase from $99,990 comes despite a drop in range from an estimated 320 miles (515 km) to 301 miles (484 km).

Other stats remain the same, with Tesla claiming the 845 hp (630 kW / 857 PS) Cyberbeast can accelerate from 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in 2.6 seconds, minus rolling time. The truck will have a top speed of 130 mph (209 km/h) and can tow up to 11,000 pounds (4,990 kg).
New Cybertruck Pricing
While the price has increased by $20,000, it’s worth noting that the Cybertruck is only available in Foundation Series form. Tesla calls these “fully configured” limited editions, but they’re a far cry from the $39,900 pickup truck that Elon Musk originally promised.
It’s worth noting that the GMC Hummer EV Pickup is now cheaper than the Cybertruck, starting at $98,845 including a $2,295 destination charge. The Tesla, on the other hand, starts at $101,985 once you factor in the $1,995 destination charge.
