Tesla’s favor hits a nine-year low in the United States

A recent survey shows that the U.S. public favor for Tesla has dropped to a nine-year low. Sherwood News first reported on YouGov’s findings, indicating a sharp decline in sentiment among liberals and American moderates. On Wednesday, YouGov found Tesla’s impression score fell to minus 12.7, the lowest since 2016. In particular, the company scored a sharp 34.9 among liberals, while moderates were marked Minus 9.1, with an overall impression of 17.2 from all automatic filmmakers.

However, Tesla has a silver lining because its benefits among conservative Americans have seen a big rise. Tesla’s score of 7.6 on conservatives as of Wednesday, a significant improvement from the negative factors recorded less than six months ago, well above the 2022 negative 6 decline. This year, Yougov found that while overall brand perceptions may be weakening, overall brand perceptions may continue to decline, and purchase considerations remain stable, as 8.1% of liberals, while 9% of conservatives, they will be 9% of conservatives, they will account for 8.4% of conservatives, and their predictive rate is certain. This is only slightly below the average of all automakers by 10%.

Despite these shifts in emotional and overall benefits, Tesla’s sales figures have experienced a downturn in several markets. Data from the index box platform show that Tesla’s delivery in multiple countries has dropped significantly. Tesla’s sales in Australia and Germany fell by more than 70% in February, while Norway, Denmark and Sweden sold more than 40%. As S&P Global Mobility reports, sales in January were still down 11% despite the U.S. maintaining Tesla’s leading market share. These ever-changing dynamics highlight the complex landscape of Tesla’s advance. While some analysts on Wall Street have shown that consumer approvals from Tesla CEO Elon Musk may not necessarily impact purchasing decisions, recent data reflect the broader challenges Tesla continues to face internationally and domestically.
