Tesla’s horn pad recall will affect the model S and X models

Tesla recalled about 100 cars because the corners may not work properly.

March 27, 2025 – The recall of Tesla horn pads involves approximately 100 models 2021-2024 Tesla models and 2021-2025 Tesla Tesla Model X vehicles.

Tesla said it may have installed airbags with incorrect horn pads, preventing the horn sound.

Tesla service will be inspected and installed with the correct horn pad airbag after mailing on May 20, 2025.

The owner can contact Tesla by calling 877-798-3752 and refer to the horn recall number SB-25-20-001.
