The Manhart GER 800 matches the Brabus 800 SUV Coupe in terms of power output and torque figures

- Manhart has unveiled a comprehensive tuning program for the Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S Coupe.
- The GER 800 features a carbon fiber body kit from TopCar Design and rides on 23-inch wheels.
- The twin-turbo V8 engine’s power has been increased to 789 hp (588 kW / 800 PS) and torque has been increased to 1,000 Nm (737 lb-ft).
The Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S 4Matic Coupe has been on sale since 2020, so some owners may feel the need to upgrade. Manhart has launched their new GER 800 project, which adds a wide body kit, larger wheels, a louder exhaust, a lowered suspension, and a pretty healthy power boost to the high-performance SUV.
Starting with the powertrain, AMG’s twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 now delivers an impressive 789 hp (588 kW / 800 PS) and 1,000 Nm (737 lb-ft) of torque, all thanks to an additional electric compressor, as well as upgrades to the turbochargers, ECU, and exhaust system.

Compared to the original model, the car has an increase in power by 186 hp (138 kW / 188 PS) and torque by 150 Nm (111 lb-ft), the same specifications as the competing Brabus 800 SUV Coupe. In addition to the extra power, the GER 800 also benefits from a louder exhaust with OPF-Delete Sport downpipes and two 300-cell catalytic converters.
As expected, the GLE’s exterior has been heavily revised to let everyone know that its performance has been upgraded. The carbon fiber parts were designed by TopCar Design and include wide fender extensions and matching inserts for the front and rear bumpers. The coupe-SUV also features an extended ducktail spoiler and a vented hood.
Manhart has added a set of yellow decals to contrast with the show car’s exposed carbon fiber and matte dark green body. The GER 800 rides on a new set of 23-inch Manhart Concave One alloy wheels with a satin black finish and yellow trim strips. The mixed tires are sized 285/35ZR23 at the front and 325/30ZR23 at the rear.
The performance flagship of the GLE Coupe range already adopts the low-riding design of Mercedes-AMG, but Manhart has adjusted its air suspension to increase its ground clearance by 30 mm (1.2 in). The tuner says that a similar reduction in ground clearance can also be achieved through the use of new links.
The interior is no slouch either, with plenty of yellow stitching contrasting the black Alcantara and leather upholstery, Manhart logos printed on the headrests and floor mats, and plenty of carbon fiber trim around the cabin.
Manhart’s modification of the Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S 4Matic+ Coupe has not yet been listed on the online store, so we don’t know the price of the GER 800. However, interested parties can always contact the tuner directly to discuss the various options for their coupe-SUV.
