-S software problem leads to Honda Recall 2022-2025 Acura MDX Type-S, 2023-2025 Honda Pilot and 2021-2025 Acura Tlx Type-S Type-S Type.
The recall has affected nearly 295,000 vehicles that may have software errors in the fuel injection electron control unit.
According to Honda, the sudden changes in the throttle opening may cause the warning light to “illuminate and/or mobilize the opportunity to lose motivation, hesitate and/or defeat”.
The fuel injection electron control unit is provided by Denso, which is wrong with Honda’s software errors.

Honda noticed that remote information processing information increased the trend of torque monitor data and began an investigation in December 2023.
By January 2025, engineers have determined that as the ACURA and Honda engines have stagnated, they need to be recalled.
As of January 16, 2025, Honda has received 674 warranty claims, but there is no report of injuries or crash.
The dealer will re -program the fuel injection electron control unit software after the recall of recalling the letter on March 17, 2025.
