The Venues Collection introduces key talent to strengthen commercial team

Venues Collection is pleased to announce the promotion of two key members and a reorganization of its commercial team, underscoring the company’s commitment to growth and excellence in the meetings and events sector.

Lisa Morris has been promoted to Commercial Director and will lead the new Commercial team. Lisa brings over 25 years of extensive venue and hotel experience to her new role, having worked with renowned brands such as Marriott, Q Hotels and Almarose Hotels. Since joining TVC as Revenue Director in 2020, Lisa has played a vital role in driving the company’s revenue strategy and growth. In her new role, she will oversee the strategic direction and performance of the Commercial team, ensuring the continued success and growth of the Group.

Katie Whitby has been promoted to Head of Sales. Katie has over 25 years of expertise in venue and hospitality sales and marketing, with a diverse background having previously held roles at InterContinental Hotels, Q Hotels and Gray Dawes Events. Since joining TVC as Regional Sales Director in 2023, Katie has played a vital role in strengthening sales operations and building strong client relationships. In her new role, Katie will be responsible for the leadership, management and sales performance of The Venues Collection.
