It’s been about a year since Tesla Cybertrucks began rolling off production lines and into customers’ hands, and the electric truck remains the most radical-looking vehicle on the market. But if you thought it couldn’t get any weirder, think again, because there’s now a widebody kit, courtesy of a company called Waido.
var adpushup = window.adpushup = window.adpushup || {que:()}; adpushup.que.push(function() { if (adpushup.config.platform !== “DESKTOP”) { adpushup.triggerAd(“4d84e4c9 -9937-4f84-82c0-c94544ee6f2a”); } else{ adpushup.triggerAd(” 6a782b01-facb-45f3-a88f-ddf1b1f97657″); } });
It’s believed to be the first complete widebody kit offered for the Cybertruck, and Los Angeles-based custom shop Stars In The Ceiling claims to be the first to install it on a privately owned truck. price tag? The price is a whopping $9,990, and it’s a limited edition with only 100 sets available.

The kit is made from ABS plastic and does not require any trimming or cutting of the original Cybertruck body panels. The most obvious signature is the flared front and rear fenders, which widen the Tesla by an impressive six inches. Importantly, the front fender includes the same rear camera as the original fender and is equally hidden.
var adpushup = window.adpushup = window.adpushup || {que:()}; adpushup.que.push(function() { if (adpushup.config.platform !== “DESKTOP”) { adpushup.triggerAd(“5646c171 -cb6e-4e2c-8440-49013ca72758″); } else { adpushup.triggerAd(” e7c4c913-3924-4b2d-9279-6c00984dd130″); } });
Retaining these cameras is critical to keeping the truck’s self-driving system working, although some modifications will be required, including new housings for the cameras and extension cables to accommodate the wider stance. Notably, the factory charging port is also unaffected, allowing owners to retain all original charging functionality.
Vitol’s equipment isn’t limited to fenders. It includes an overhauled front bumper that looks more aggressive. There are also new skirts designed for the electric car, with a large lip spoiler on the trunk lid and a dramatic rear diffuser.
The stainless steel body of this particular Cybertruck is also finished in a special Army Green wrap, while the body kit components are painted in the same color. It also rides on a set of massive 26-inch black wheels from Forgiato wrapped in off-road tires.
As far as we know, this is the first widebody kit for the Cybertruck, but we suspect there are others in the works. As demand for customization continues to grow, expect more exotic options to appear soon.
