Chevrolet currently has nine SUVs in the U.S. lineup, but not a single carriage. But 61 years ago, it was a different story. SUVs are minority and world buyers, with many options. The little Chevrolet II, the mid-size Chevelle and the full-size Biscayne/Bel Air/Impala are all equipped with vans, but none of them are as crowded with muscles as this delicious Restomod.

Auction with Mecum on March 22, it started in Chevelle in 1964, with two rare corpses. Chevelle Wagons can also be ordered with four doors for extra practicality and a less courageous look, but those huge rear windows will only make this custom classic even more eye-catching.

This was modified by the Dutch Boys Hot Rod from Vicksburg, Michigan, which inserted a Hyundai 650 hp (659 PS) GM LT4 V8 under the hood and backed it up with a 10-speed automatic transmission to crush straight lines and relax highway cruise.
Considering that the ’64 Chevelles never exceeded 280 net HP (284 PS) in the new net HP (284 PS), the rest of the cars always need a major technical makeover to handle this LT4, which Dutch boys have to do. They added Art Morrison Sport GT chassis kit, weird engineering hover shock, Wildwood brakes and huge Budnik wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot sport tires.
Custom legendary art HIMSL from Concord, California has repaired the body and painted light yellow paint, while inside the Chevelle treats it to a tan leather makeover, combined with BMW heated seats. The stylish braid in the wide and shallow trunks show some signs of wear, but this classic practicality is just begging for use. A battery that places the battery in a wicker shell is also a stylish feel.
Obviously, someone has invested a lot of money in this Chevelle at this moment, but since Mecum can’t provide an estimate, we have to wait to find out the value of 2025. You can view the full list herebut if you are interested in bidding, you’d better hurry up because today’s auction is over.
