To meet this strong demand, Restaurant Events announced that its previously two-day Pizza Summit of Tomorrow and Florida Restaurant Show will expand to three days in 2025.
“We now have so much content and so many vendors that you can’t go through it in two days,” said Glenn Celentano, founder and CEO of Tomorrow’s Pizza Summit and founder and CEO of All-In Event Management says Restaurant Events LLC. “There’s so much to see and do and not enough time to do it. We don’t want anyone sitting there deciding ‘What do I have time to do and what do I not have time to do?’ ” … This show takes three days.”

Celentano believes the expansion will serve as a launching pad for future growth, allowing the show to host more exhibitors and provide more educational opportunities.
“We’re very excited to move to three days,” Celentano explained. “It’s all based on customer feedback and we react when customers tell us two days isn’t enough. It’s exciting to see this event continue to grow into 2025.”
Tomorrow’s Pizza Summit and 2024 Florida Restaurant Show will be held on November 6-7 at Orange County Convention Center.
In response to recent hurricane activity in the region, proceeds from the silent auction at the Florida Restaurant Show will benefit the region Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association Disaster Relief Fund.
