The Meetings Show is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the 2025 Talent of Tomorrow program, a program designed to discover and recognize future leaders in the business meetings and events industry.
Run in partnership with M&IT, the program, now in its seventh year, continues to drive The Meetings Show’s commitment to providing a platform for the next generation to thrive.
Tomorrow’s Talent provides up-and-coming individuals with valuable opportunities to gain exposure, network and advance their careers in the dynamic world of business meetings and events.
Prizes include an invitation to the M&IT Awards in September, fantastic networking opportunities, and VIP access to The Meetings Show at Excel London on 25-26 June. Additionally, each selected individual will have ongoing access to valuable insights and guidance from industry leaders.
Tomorrow’s Talent is aimed at UK event planners and buyers aged 30 or under, or with under three years’ experience in the meetings and events industry. A panel of distinguished industry experts will select the top 10 most promising applicants, who will also receive exclusive opportunities throughout the year to increase their visibility in the industry.

• Gracia Kabongo, Senior Associate, Head of Stakeholder Engagement and Events, Ofwat, 2019 Talent of Tomorrow winner

Tomorrow Talent applications will close on January 24, 2025. Planners can nominate themselves or be nominated by industry colleagues and submit in written or video form, meeting an agreed set of criteria.
