Honda Activa achieved sales of 1,74,009 units in February 2025, with a market share of 37.95%, and maintains its highest position
Two-wheeler sales data for February 2025 have been released, and in this post we will talk about the top 10 scooters sold in the domestic market last month. Despite the decline in overall sales of two-wheelers in February 2025, the scooter segment saw a year-on-year increase of 1.74%. In February 2025, a total of 4,58,576 scooters were sold in February 2024. On the other hand, the motorcycle sector has seen a sharp decline in year-on-year and mom growth. Here are the top 10 scooter models with their respective sales figures.
Honda Activa continues its major streak by capturing the location of the digital uno with 1,74,009 units in sales and 37.95% market share. But if we compare these numbers to the Activa units that sold 2 million+ units at Honda in February 2024, it’s growing at 13.05%. The Japanese brand recently launched an OBD-2B-compliant scooter version with multiple new features.
The second position is occupied by TVS Jupiter, with sales in February 2025 of 1,03,576 units. As the TV sold only 73,860 units in the same period last year, it witnessed an unprecedented 40.23% year-on-year increase. What you know is that the local two-wheeler manufacturer launched an OBS-2B-compliant version of the scooter earlier this month.

The third slot was caught by Suzuki Access, which in February 2025 saw its scooter (8.16%) and Yoy (4.54%) sales (4.54%), while also having 12.87% market share. The fourth and fifth places were obtained by TV Iqube and Bajaj Chetak respectively. Both electric scooters are for sale in excess of 20K units.
In sixth place, again the NTORQ form TV, 20,992 units sold in February 2025. But despite selling nearly 21k, its sales have dropped dramatically. The seventh time in the chart is the Honda Dio, with 16,028 units last month. Although this is a huge setback for the brand, as mom’s sales fell by 35.58%.

Hero Destini 125, Yamaha Rayzr and Hero Pleasure finished eighth, ninth and tenth respectively. All three scooters sold more than 10K units. While the Destini 125 showed slight mom growth, both Rayzr and Pleasure were affected compared to the January 2025 figures.
