- The new range of the 2025 model range is a striking red color called metal oxide.
- Toyota also added unique 17-inch wheels with silver and black spokes.
- The same synthetic leather as the C-HR has been added to the cockpit of the Corolla.
The 12th-generation Toyota Corolla has just been updated in Europe in the 2025 model. The changes made are relatively small, but do touch on the exterior design and interior of the car. Although market-specific prices have not been announced yet, sales will begin later this month.
As before, the Corolla continues to be sold in hatchbacks, sedans and the Touring Sport Guards, and offers 10 paint options. The newest addition to the series is metal oxide, which is a shade of red, and it offers only a contrasting black roof on hatchback and sporting models. The car can be selected from metal oxide metals with matching roofs or contrasting roofs.

Toyota also replaced all models of color-matched wing mirrors, now fitting in a standard gloss black mirror cap. Additionally, all mid-+ models come with unique 17-inch wheels with silver and machined black finishes and star-shaped center cover.

Updates for Japanese brands continue in the cabin, although they are unlikely to excite customers. Like the CH-R, the 2025 Corolla’s steering wheel and gear shift knobs are now synthetic leather. The new recycled fabric interior is also available for mid-range hatchbacks and tour sports models. According to Toyota, the new material “feels good for the touch” and is “hard”.
The powertrain has not been mentioned yet, meaning Toyota may continue to offer the same 1.8-liter and 2.0-liter European crowns in Europe as before. The 1.8 liter offers 138 hp, while the 2.0 liter is rated at 193 hp. Finally, the latest generation of Toyota’s sense of security is standard in the Corolla family.
