Toyota Prado has undergone ANCAP security test

Toyota offers some of the toughest SUVs on Earth, often with high safety ratings

In the adult occupant protection category, the SUV successfully scored 40 points of health 34.39 points (85%). On the other hand, the Toyota Prado managed to earn an impressive 43.62 points (89%) in the Child Crew Protection section. These are pretty solid numbers.

Along with that, ANCAP even conducted tests to determine how safe the vehicle is to other road users and the safety facilities provided. As a result, in the vulnerable road user protection department, Prado scored 53.38 points in the possible 63 (84%), while in the safety aid department, it scored 14.83 points (82%). All of these are healthy numbers that can give the SUV a full 5-star safety rating. Please note that the buyer is aware of such statistics and even makes decisions based on this standard.

My opinion

We know that the latest car buyers even consider the safety rating of the vehicle before making a purchase decision. This is a key factor in ensuring and improving road safety. These traditional car Marquis often produce cars designed to be extremely safe, which is the benchmark for every automaker. Let us hope that more automakers will produce cars with high safety so that they can save lives of residents in horrible situations.
