Trump supporters go to Tesla protester Ratexel, but grandma doesn't
  • Trump supporters face to face with protesters at the Berkeley Tesla store, leading to a chaotic clash.

An anti-Tesla protest escalated over the weekend outside a carmaker store in Berkeley, California, to a fierce confrontation between protesters and local Trump supporters. Such incidents are increasingly likely as the conflict leads to a man’s arrest and protests against Tesla’s momentum throughout the United States and beyond.

Video captured by local journalists showed Berkeley resident and 33-year-old Rick Fuze, a 33-year-old owner, arrived at protests on his e-bike. Fuze was boasting about music and broadcasting Pro-Trump messages as he paraded the band. This is not a fuse attempt to sabotage protests in the same Tesla store, as he is well-known to film the intervention for the YouTube channel.

However, this time the protesters did not. The video shows several people walking in front of him, blocking his road and riding along the street. In response, Fuze pulled out the Taser and waved it in the faces of two protesters. One of them, Susan Kegeles, responded immediately, tugging with his hair, trying to defend himself. Police at the scene intervened quickly, arrested the fuse and escorted him away from the conflict.

The video shared by Berkeleyside also shows one of the remaining policemen talking to protesters. He can be heard saying, “He (Fuze) laughed at someone.” In the addition, “He has a Taser and he is at the Test.”

Fuses defend themselves

However, the fuse denied this claim. He reportedly told officials that he had “no one” but was just “pulled it out to protect himself.” Berkeley Police Lieutenant Steve Rego spoke on the scene and said that if the Taser actually touched someone, he could be charged with wielding a weapon or attacking. It doesn’t seem like it’s really hit by a Taser. Fuze wrote on YouTube after being arrested that he was cited but was not charged.

Despite her radical response to the fuse, she didn’t seem to take any action, which led to physical disputes. Police intervened to break the melee, but there were no allegations against her reportedly.
