TVS Ntorq 125 launched in India with new colour options

TVS Motor Company has updated the Ntorq 125 scooter with new colour options. For the 2024 model, the standard version of the TVS Ntorq 125 is available in the following colours – Turquoise, Harley Quinn Blue and Nardo Grey with new decals adorning the front apron and under-seat panels. On the other hand, the top-spec Ntorq Race XP is now available in a special edition colour called Matte Black. The Ntorq Race XP Matte Black Special Edition is almost entirely painted black, except for the alloy wheels. The alloy wheels are painted red. Apart from the exterior updates, the TVS Ntorq 125 remains unchanged.

TVS Ntorq 125 combines superior performance with best-in-class features and is currently priced at Rs 89,641 for the Race Edition and Rs 1.06 lakh for the XT model. Prices are ex-showroom Delhi. The scooter is available in five variants: Race Edition, Disc, Super Squad, Race XP and XT.

TVS Ntorq 125: Powertrain, Features

The TVS Ntorq 125 is one of TVS’s best-selling scooters and is powered by a 124.8cc three-valve air-cooled engine mated to a CVT gearbox. The standard engine produces 9.25bhp at 7,000rpm and 10.6Nm of peak torque at 5,500rpm, while the more powerful version, the Race XP, delivers 10bhp and 11Nm of peak torque.

Talking about the Race XP, the company recently launched a black version of the Ntorq 125, indicating that a new version based on the Race XP is coming soon. The Race XP is currently the most powerful version in the Ntorq series and is priced at Rs 97,491 (ex-showroom).

In terms of features, TVS has equipped the base model of Ntorq 125 with an LCD display, while the top-of-the-line XT gets a TFT display. The XT also comes with SmartXtrack and voice control.

In terms of market competition, Ntorq 125’s competitors include Suzuki Burgman Street, Honda Grazia, Aprilia SXR 125 and Yamaha Fascino 125, among others.
