Attacks on Tesla have become common and now the federal government is involved in a lot. As part of this effort, U.S. Attorney General Pamela Bondi announced allegations of “violent destruction of Tesla’s property” against the three who used Molotov Cocktails.

Although the Justice Department did not release many details, one of the defendants was involved in the attack at a Tesla dealership in Salem, Oregon. The man was armed with an armed AR-15 rifle and was arrested after throwing about eight Molotov cocktails, the government said.

A second person allegedly tried to burn Tesla with a Molotov cocktail and was arrested in Loveland, Colorado. The government also claimed that “the defendant was later found to be used to produce additional incendiary weapons”.
Finally, a man in Charleston, South Carolina allegedly wrote a “blasphemous message against President Trump” around Tesla’s charging station. Then, they lit the charger’s shot with a Molotov cocktail.

Attorney General Bondi’s response to the situation was direct, saying: “The days of committing crimes are over. Let it be a warning: If you join this wave of family terrorism against Tesla’s property, the Justice Department will put you behind.” Her office added that they are “committed to end all violence and arson acts against Tesla’s property.”
Two days after the news came out, Bundy issued another statement saying: “The violent attack on Tesla’s property is nothing more than domestic terrorism.
As for the three accused in the latest round, they now face five to 20 years in prison sentences, depending on the details of their actions.
