Reading Grounds and Henley Grounds are part of the University of Reading and offer a range of venues across our campus.
The Reading campus is located outside the center of Reading. The White Knight campus and the London Road campus are both located in prime locations with convenient transportation. The campus has both historic traditional buildings and modern, state-of-the-art conference rooms that are open year-round. There is also ample free parking. The Reading venue has flexible capacity and facilities, including conference rooms, lecture theatres, function suites and exhibition spaces, as well as superior ensuite hall accommodation during the summer months, suitable for small or large residential events and functions.
The grounds of Greenlands Hotel Henley are situated in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside on the 30-acre Henley Estate, adjacent to the River Thames. The Henley Venue offers meeting and private event space year-round. There are 11 meeting rooms and 40 meeting rooms in the main building and the adjacent River House building. This magnificent Grade II listed building is rich in history and offers a range of flexible capacities and facilities as well as a 100-bed hotel. Greenland is approximately 3 miles from the center of Henley upon Thames and is easily accessible via the M4, M25 and M40 motorways. The available space provides a convenient location for gatherings, meals and sleepovers.
