What a great week – that wraps up the 2025 Leaders Conference!

There’s lots to see and do in CL25 – here are some visual reminders of what you’ve been through over the past few days, as well as photos of things you may have missed.

This week’s morning yoga class got an upgrade with the inclusion of puppies. This little guy probably did more climbing than stretching.

Had a great week at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston. We’ve put together a photo gallery documenting some of the happenings in the first three days of the 2025 Leaders Conference, as well as some quotes that stood out to us. As part of the Hands of Hospitality campaign, the PCMA Foundation donated $10,000 to the Houston Food for Life Food Pantry. Participants also pack food for delivery at the organization’s warehouse.

The PCMA Foundation celebrated its 40th birthday Monday with music, food and games at Party With a Purpose at The Rustic.

DEI is not a black and brown people’s issue, it’s a human issue. For political reasons, we now have it become a red-blue conversation. But the reality is that this situation is not going away. Maybe it will get worse. So what we have to do is, we have to look at it this way: What are we doing as leaders? “

Al Hutchinson visited Baltimore to speak during the conference: “What’s Really Going on? The Impact of DEI Policy and Legislation on Travel.” The conference was standing room only (above).
