El Car Wash is committed to ensuring all members are properly billed for services provided.
Refunds for unlimited membership top-ups must meet one of the following conditions:
- Customers complete cancellation online prior to the recharge date and receive proof via transaction confirmation email.
- The customer completes the cancellation by phone prior to the recharge date and provides proof via the confirmation number provided by the agent.
- The customer completes the cancellation on-site prior to the recharge date and provides proof via the transaction receipt.
If a member redeems a car wash using their Unlimited Membership during a billing cycle, they are not eligible for a refund.
For any Unlimited Membership, at the point of sale any new customer must agree to the Terms of Service prior to activating their account.
Unused Unlimited Memberships have two (2) months (60 days) from the date of transaction to be reported to Customer Service.
Any transactions outside of this time frame will not be reviewed for refund unless reviewed by the main Customer Service office at their own discretion.
The maximum refund period for unused Unlimited Memberships is six (6) months (180 days), however any refunds beyond two (2) months must be reviewed by the main Customer Service office.
