Stetson University in West Volusia is home to historic and unique venues such as Lee Chapel, the Lynn Business Center, and the Rinker Welcome Center. These spaces are managed by the University Events Office and are ideal for meetings that require classroom space.

The 28,000-square-foot former Trinity United Methodist Church Complex, built in 1926 and now known as Northwest Square, offers event planners four unique spaces, On-site catering and boutiques. Located in DeLand’s Northwest Historic District, an award-winning Main Street community, the site is conveniently located near the area’s top shops, restaurants, and bars.

The Sanborn Center features adaptable spaces such as divisible rooms and a grand ballroom; the venue can accommodate events for up to 750 people. Adjacent Earl Brown Park is beautifully landscaped and features an amphitheater for outdoor events. The Deltona Center has nearly 30,000 square feet of flexible event space and can host events from 20 to 500 people. The hotel features indoor meeting space, a grand ballroom and an outdoor courtyard.

The Volusia County Fairgrounds offers spacious indoor and outdoor spaces with a multi-purpose showroom, barn and outdoor areas perfect for hosting large events. Its space can accommodate gatherings of 100 to thousands of people.
