
I’ve been having a lot of conversations lately about booth staffing.
Exhibit managers told me they were frustrated with the team’s performance at the booth or even whether they showed up at the right time.
Attendees were annoyed when staff jumped on them or shoved items at them as they passed the booth.
Now, these are not new challenges by any means. Poor booth staff may be an ongoing problem for many exhibit team leaders (or even you), but it’s not insurmountable.
Over the years I have worked with many exhibition teams to improve the behavior of their booth staff. I’ve also published a few blog posts and podcast episodes before that included booth staffing tips.
