Emmy Award Winter Wonderland Bat Ceremony, held Granite Clubis a celebration that combines elegance with the charm of winter. Depend on Jet Entertainmentthe event begins in a cozy ski shed-style cocktail area. The guests mixed together on the appetizers, designed custom clothing at the interactive station and used a custom branded claw machine that offers exciting prizes. The venue is dotted with photo operations, allowing guests to capture magic when they unfold.
As the evening develops, the site becomes a breathtaking winter wonderland. The entrance to the fog wall features holographic winter images, setting the tone for the evening as guests walk past the interactive screen into the main room. Custom walls and ceiling curtains, snowy trees and elegant furniture enhance the atmosphere, making it feel as if it was transported to a magical winter escape.
At the heart of the event is a custom-designed LED dance floor, and is composed of stage therapy in mirrors. The dynamic LED video wall shows charming graphics that perfectly complement the winter theme. Special effects such as light snowfall and whimsical mist bring this theme to life, adding a magical atmosphere that keeps guests immersed in it all night.
Entertainment led by MC Daniel CarsonDJ and Dancer phenomenon Jaym O’Sessokeep the energy high and the dance floor is still alive. Jaym O’esso even captivated his head in honor of the event’s winter theme, adding a personal touch to the celebration. Their performance ensures that motivation never waver and guests stay energetic all night long.
The interactive elements of the event are a highlight, with guests designing their sweatshirts at the “Après Sweats” bar and creating personalized winter Toques at the “Toque Chalet” station. The immersive atmosphere is further enhanced by the snow and fog bubbles on the dance floor. Customized LED dance floor and LED tube center finish add an elegant glow, while dynamic LED stage video walls are the stunning focus of the night.
