The Wulin Star Expo Center project is centered on the old factory areas of the original “Hangzhou Oxygen Generator Factory” and “Hangzhou Boiler Factory”, covering an area of ​​about 530 acres, with a total construction area of ​​about 700,000 square meters, and retaining 9 industrial heritage buildings, including Hangzhou There are 6 old oxygen factories and 3 old Hangguo factories.

The “Wulin Star Expo Center” project is the industrial relic with the largest protected area and the highest quality in Hangzhou, with the aim of protecting and reviving the old factories.
