It was powered by a replacement L71 427ci V8 engine with a four-barrel carburetor and a four-speed manual transmission. Finished in International Blue paint with a black vinyl interior, this C3 is now available from the seller with a T-top storage bag, receipt, Owner Protection Plan and warranty booklet, and a clear title.
The body was repainted in International Blue in June 2024 and equipped with a new windshield. Exterior features include chrome bumpers, pop-up headlights, L88 hood and body-color removable T-top.
This Corvette rides on a set of 15-inch Rally wheels with 225/70 Goodyear Eagle GA up front and 245/60 Falken FX-06C radials in the rear.
The cabin has two black vinyl bucket seats, a center console, power windows, and an Alpine AM/FM/cassette radio with Alpine speakers behind the seats.
Vehicle information is displayed on the 160-mph speedometer, 7,000-rpm tachometer, and fuel level, water temperature, oil pressure, and battery gauges. The odometer shows 90,958 miles, but the car’s true mileage is unknown.
Under the hood, the original L71 427ci Turbo-Jet V8 engine has reportedly been replaced with a factory warranty-compliant L71 engine. The L71 was factory rated at 435 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. The original triple carburetor setup was replaced with a four-barrel Holley unit, and an Edelbrock intake manifold was installed. A four-speed manual transmission sends the engine’s output to the rear wheels.
Four-wheel independent suspension handles the road, while four-wheel disc brakes help keep this Corvette on the road.
