Nestled in a pristine location in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains, Priland – Auberge Resort Collectionunderwent its first extensive renovation to redefine the bespoke, back-to-nature luxury experience.

The 12,000-acre estate added a new restaurant, two new hilltop treehouse suites and a redesign of The Lodge.

Located at the heart of the property and offering multiple gathering spaces, The Lodge has been redesigned to blend casual sophistication with Southeastern hospitality. Chad Dorsey Design led all aspects of the renovation, with a design that fully understands the charm of the local area and the resort’s ethos as a natural retreat. The new interior features custom furniture and antique features. The study features a custom desk and built-in bookshelves filled with locally sourced art, books and artifacts, paired with Pierre Frey wallpaper depicting the rich marigold tones of Virginia forests. The main gathering space in the hall showcases antique, American, European and custom furnishings with plaid and floral fabrics, as well as handcrafted wooden mantels surrounding two fireplaces.

In total, the hotel offers nearly 10,000 square feet of meeting space, as well as additional outdoor gathering spaces ranging from a theater to a tobacco barn.

Guests can enjoy a peaceful retreat in any of the 54 guest rooms, including 20 guest rooms, 28 suites, 5 treehouse suites and 1 luxury residence. Two new treehouse suites are built into the woods overlooking the Keebler Valley, offering guests exceptional bespoke programming and dining experiences as well as modern amenities.

New restaurant Leatherflower, named after the local clematis flower, offers farm-to-table cuisine that conveys the spirit of the destination. Led by executive chef Zach Long, the restaurant has won the Wine Spectator 2024 Restaurant Award for Excellence.

Standing in Miami’s exclusive Millionaire’s Row neighborhood of Mid-Beach, Hilton Cabana Resort Miami Beach Complete multi-million dollar renovation project. The hotel has been an iconic Miami destination for more than 70 years and is part of the North Beach Resort Historic District. The new design pays homage to its history with a considered approach.

Throughout the hotel, guests will find calming, neutral tones paired with layered patterns and pops of color to accentuate the energy of a tropical getaway. From the lobby to hallways and meeting spaces, visitors will find contemporary décor, stylish furniture and vibrant lighting fixtures that reflect the upscale spirit of Miami Beach. Available meeting and event space includes a 2,400-square-foot ballroom, 180-square-foot Ocean Vista boardroom, 5,320-square-foot main-level pool, and the renowned 4,142-square-foot third-floor terrace pool with views of the Atlantic Ocean. The hotel has also updated its outdoor amenities with new luxury cabanas and lounge chairs, new foliage and plank flooring.

All 231 guest rooms and suites have been updated with new lighting fixtures, furniture, thoughtful decor and updated carpeting. From the bold and pastel tones of the carpets to the decorative elements, all rooms emulate a tropical ambience, providing a unique sense of place.

Allison Restaurant and Bar, the resort’s signature dining destination, also features a refreshed look and feel with vibrant foliage and stylish assorted tile accents. The updated menu celebrates Miami’s multicultural heritage, fusing traditional Latin cuisine with innovative seafood dishes.

Arizona Grand Resort and Spa A $10 million renovation project has been completed. From the seven-acre Oasis Waterpark to 120,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, refreshed amenities bring a new era of luxury to the resort.

Located within Phoenix’s South Mountain Preserve, the resort has 744 suites and villas. Its three hospitality suites have been upgraded with impressive luxury amenities, including Samsung Airdresser steam wardrobes that deodorize, sanitize and steam clothes in 20 minutes.

Many improvements have been made to the conference center, including new flooring, freshly painted walls and refreshed bathrooms. Other cutting-edge technology is now available, including a reader board and an 85-inch framed television that doubles as a piece of art when not in use. Porte Cochere also features a newly installed sound system and registered TV. The 6,000-square-foot Vista Room has also been remodeled with new furniture and private separate areas that include a bar, restaurant, meeting room and outdoor terrace. Outdoors will enjoy the lush new landscaping of the Great Lawn.

Public spaces also received major updates. The lobby, pool, athletic club, and spa have been enhanced with new furniture and a carefully designed color palette in the lobby, new lounge chairs in all six outdoor pools, and the entryway to the athletic center has been upgraded with new Flooring and updated treatment room decor. Club and Spa. Aunt Chilada’s Tempe restaurant has new lights and music. In addition, the resort’s exterior has been upgraded with stylish new tiles, refreshed fountains, updated lighting and lush flower beds.
