In addition to refreshed exterior and interior styling, the facelifted Outlander is expected to be equipped with an upgraded plug-in hybrid powertrain Mitsubishi has announced plans to launch the 2025 Outlander in the United States on February 24. Updated interior features include a redesigned center console, new colors and Yamaha audio. The facelifted crossover will feature subtle styling changes and improved suspension. Mitsubishi unveiled the Outlander facelift in October, and now the company has announced that the crossover will make its U.S. debut on February 24. Deliveries will begin shortly thereafter. The new Spring is powered by a 26.8kWh battery and has a range of up to 225 kilometers. There are two power options, 45hp or 65hp, with the latter also adding 30kW DC fast charging. 7kW AC charging is possible, so charging from 20-100% at home using the charging box takes no more than 4 hours, or 11 hours using a regular three-pin plug. It is also capable of charging vehicles, meaning it can power other electrical devices. Weighing less than a ton, the Spring is designed to be a simple, efficient city car.
